International Montessori School of Latvia is an English-medium school that blends IB PYP and Montessori principles to nurture internationally-minded leaders and compassionate problem solvers. We empower generations to create a brighter world—where happy, responsible, independent, and creative children confidently express themselves, living peacefully and actively contributing to positive global change.

Explore our enrollment process and join the journey.

First, submit an interest form (one per family). This form provides us with some basic information about your family and gets the admissions process started.

Next, schedule an individual meeting with the admission director. This meeting will allow us to become better acquainted with your family and gives you an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of our programs.

After your meeting, you will receive an application packet via email. Complete the forms and submit the packet along with copies of any additional required documents.

Once an application packet is received by our Admissions office, they will contact you to arrange an entrance interview for the prospective student.

Following the interview and assessment, your child’s completed application file will be reviewed by our administrative team and an admissions decision will be communicated with you as soon as possible. Admitted children are given two weeks to pay a non-refundable €300 enrolment fee to officially accept their offer of admission and secure their place.

Your child will be officially enrolled at International Montessori School of Latvia once you have received a written notification from our admissions team. The notification will include next steps and a set additional forms to be completed prior to the child’s first day on campus.

Required Documentation:
– Copy of child’s birth certificate
– Copy of child’s health forms
– Last two years of report cards and a copy of the student’s cumulative folder
– Student Evaluation form from the applicant’s current teacher (sent to the teacher by IMSOL)
– Completed registration form
Once you submit all the required documentation you will receive an email to schedule an in-person interview. Acceptance/Waitlist letters will be sent out via email.

Waiting List Placement
Once the school has received all documents and a signed tuition agreement, a space will be reserved for your child. If the school has full enrollment, the applicants’ names are placed on a waiting list. As space becomes available, the administration will notify the parents about proceeding steps of the enrollment process.
